I left my pickup at the dealership on Friday July 25, due to a reoccurring electrical issue, on the 31 my advisor got it looked at for me and advised needed two batteries
Sales person is a great friend and the service counselor is good at his job
What can I say about Gene Messer Ford, only that it's the only place I would take my truck. They have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They help you with anything you need, make sure you are 😊. When you leave or get a ride home and drop off your truck for you! I Love this place!! You will never have bad customer service here I promise. I'm so happy with them. And just a special thank you to Victor and Rex my driver. All good in the hood! LOL 😆 Well I will see you again for sure! :) Tawncy Harrison 5 big stars 🌟 for you!!!
