What Others Say

My experience with the dealership started off great. They were quick to respond and moved fast to get everything ready for the purchase. However, once it was time to sign the paperwork, I was told certain add-ons were required—only to later find out they weren’t. This pushed my final finance amount higher than expected. To make things worse, the dealership delayed submitting the paperwork for my tags, which caused my temporary tags to expire before I received the permanent ones. Overall, the lack of honesty and follow-through after the sale really brought down what could’ve been a smooth process.Salesman Matt was great.

Staff is always friendly, and waiting area is comfortable and clean. Recommend maintenance or purchases through Bob Howard dealerships

The only dealership I use.The service department is hands down the best in the city.I have bought 2 vehicles from here in 3 years.

I purchased a 2020 Infiniti QX 60 that I saw advertised online. The car allegedly was certified which the dealer charged to me for. After driving the car for a couple of months the check engine light came on. I took it to the Infinity dealer after the Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership that I purchased the car at refused to look at the vehicle Because of the brand. The affinity dealer determined based on the code from the check engine light that the car potentially had sludge in the engine. Turns out it did have sludge. The only repair option was to replace the engine for 23K plus at the time of the purchase, I purchased a Mopar extended warranty, which was five years house 75,000 miles the Infinity dealer submitted the claim and refused any service stating that the issue existed before my purchase I had to make a tough decision on whether or not to inform the Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge management of the situation and I chose not to let them know. I treated the car back to Bob Howard, which resulted in about a $5000 loss for me two days later when I was at the dealership, picking up a pair of glasses that I left in the car the car was back on the lot for the same price that I paid for the vehicle Which was 23K on the trade they gave me 18 K I’m 63 years old I’m never experienced a situation like this in my life. After a lot of prayer thinking about a course of action I received this request for rating the dealer, which is what I’m doing now I will send a letter of complaint to the general manager of the dealership and see if they are willing to compensate me for the loss I took and if they haven’t sold it already to get the car off the lot and don’t allow another consumer to experience what I did my name is Robert Farris

Dealership was good, Daniel was great to work with and made this an easy process.

Disappointing;: took the Jeep in for a basic seatbelt fixed. They ordered the wrong part at the end of the first week discovered. two weeks ago by the holidays, etc. finally get the part and pick it up now three weeks into process, they still have the wrong part another week goes by, get part and it eventually get fixed, about a month.
