I flew in from out of state to purchase a barely used Ioniq 5. I almost didn't reach out as all the other dealerships I had reached out to did the classic bait n switch price increase. When I first called and asked for an OTD price Isaiah responded very quickly and we were able to negotiate over text to get a manager signed price very quickly. I was really shocked by how easy the process was. There was a small hiccup with the out of state registration that took a few weeks to solve but that is not a ding on the overall experience.
