What Others Say

CJ, was very knowledgeable for helping me pick out a pre-owned vehicle from, Cable Dahmer.

Cable Dahmer... great sales agent... Irasha Manning. Ms. Manning was very helpful, beyond expectations... She really knew her "stuff". Great knowledge of said vehicle, and excellent follow-up after sales. Support staff was also very helpful and supportive...

CJ went above & beyond letting Me know when a Vehicle was back on the lot & available for test drive & purchase.

I was having problems with the vehicle. I took it in they Diagnosed it quickly, and professionally and Took take care Of. The problem and the cost was minimum I. Would recommend them again. Did a great job?I will see them again in three months

The service people were great, but the deceptive billing practices were criminal. The oil change is advertised as 79.99 for an 8 quart oil change. I had a $20.00 coupon which should have lowered it to $59.99 plus tax, yet somehow my final bill was over $86 after they creatively billed for shop supplies, oil disposal, etc., all things which are part of the oil change. When I get my oil changed at other places the cost is what is advertised plus sales tax. An ethical billing practice would be to advertise what the actual cost is for the oil change, instead of using deception to gouge the customer.

I came in with a service issue and politely ask for the manager. Dalton came over and resolved my issue in a very professional manner. Very nice young man and a US Army veteran.
