Everyone is friendly. Appointments are always on time. It's a nice set up to pull in & not have to step out in the weather. There's a nice waiting room. They treat you like family. They even go out of the way for you even after hours.

Oil and tire rotation need to be faster. Get two guys on it or something. I usually get the tire alignment and maybe that adds to it but nothing is ever said about how much time that adds to it. I also see the tech drove the truck multiple times I'm sure that's normal but explain why.

Had my car towed there on a Sunday. Monday morning James called me and I told him what happened. About 3:00 pm I called and asked what did they find out and another guy told me what they found and had to order the part, but it would have been nice if James would have called me on updates.

The lady at the desk was very nice, just went for oil change and tire rotation,took about 45 minutes
