Terrific experience buying a used car from 33o miles away! After months of looking, we found the car we wanted at a fair price at Thayers. Kudos to Paul who is responsive and professional. He made our distance purchase easy. The car was as described, and the vehicle was ready when we arrived --- no surprises or last minute dealer add-ons, either. We highly recommend our salesperson, Paul and this dealership for an honest, seamless purchase.

Do not go to this dealership if you know what you want because they will try their best to sell you what they have. I went there to buy a high country and the price was way above all the other dealerships in the area. I told them i would come back and then found another truck located in Adrian MI. I could have driven up there from home which is 55 miles and bought it there but instead i felt i had to give Thayer the business because it was my local hometown dealer. I asked them to match the price at which the truck was advertised but instead they told me they were going to charge me $2000 more because they have to get the truck from 55 miles away. I could have got it shipped across the world 4 times for $2000. Eitherways i hung the phone with Kristen and went to GMC and got a better looking luxurious Denali truck for lesser than the price of the high country they were quoting.
