All the service people especially Luis were great It did however take 1.5 hours to get the tires rotated which was a bit too long But this was a Friday morning and they were more busy than when I normally go for service

Toyato of Cleveland has care for our 2020 Highlander for almost six years. Staff in services is always friendly. I hit a pothole Thursday and bursted my rear tire. I had four new tires on my Highlander at six o’clock Friday night. They were hero’s for me, my husband was having some heart issues and I needed our car badly. Thanks Cleveland of Toyato. Plan to buy my next Toyota at that dealership.
Gregg was really helpful when I was purchasing an RAV4 and is always very responsive. I’ll definitely be using Toyota of Cleveland in the future.
