They fixed what I needed fixed on my car but left it a mess. The headliner of the car is covered in black finger and hand prints. I’m happy they fixed my car just wish they could have cleaned their mess because now I have to. Also they kept my car 2 days because whoever was suppose to work on it didn’t come to work. Which I understand things happen. Just being my first experience at Toyota wasn’t what I’d expect. Everything was under warranty so I was very happy about that!!!

Our Sales Associate, Alfred Odister, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure it was an awesome experience. He found the perfect car for me, explained every aspect, and made sure it exceeded my expectations. The Finance Manager, Taylor Alton, was amazing as well. He handled the required paperwork, explaining each form and the options offered without pressure to subscribe. It was a pleasure to meet the Sales Manager, Justin, who made me feel confident that I made the right choice with Toyota of Cleveland.
