Was told truck was still available drove hour and half to look at and it was sold. Like all rest of reviews. I'll be checking reviews from now on

The day I bought this car and drove off the check engine light came on. Then the car was shaking so bad I called them and they had me take it to a shop where they told me it was the tire that was really bad. Then we they had me take it back to get the car looked at because of the check engine light coming on, they had it in the shop for 3 weeks. Gave me a loaner that had no wipers on it. And then when I finally got my car back, the check engine light was on and now shaking again and was driving worse than it ever has. Worse experience I have ever had.

I went to buy a car and George the car dealer played me. I went for a test drive car seemed great bought it the next week. The first day I brought it home and actually drove it more than up the street it had no take off it wouldn't move I almost got into a car accident on the highway. George said it was a great car and so I brought it to a mechanic just to make sure everything was legit and the Cat is bad on an Audi. We brought it to George's attention because he didn't tell me there was anything wrong with it and he said all well there's nothing I can do for you. It was only 2 weeks after I bought the car. I was on the highway driving again and the engine started smoking and almost blew up I had to get a tow truck to bring my car home. NOT EVEN A MONTH AND ITS GONE. George is deceiving and doesn't care about his customers. They never sent me the title in mail either. Do not buy a car from this dealership if you don't know much about cars mechanically because they WILL take advantage of you just to make a sale. Alex did the paper work and didn't do much wrong but even when I brought the car back because he deceived me and I told him how my house just burnt down I can't afford to fix an engine and cat problem he said THINGS HAPPEN, WOULD YOU FEEL BAD IF I GOT ALL MY LIMBS CUT OFF AND HAD CANCER.

Hello I purchase a Car from Empire Motor it was a great , this is my second car I purchase from this dealership and both was great. I didnt think they i could get the deal done after I had been turned down before at another dealership. Robert was very concerned about my need.. Thanks Robert

I bought a vehicle there about a year and a half ago, inwhich they promised me 2 years warrenty, after 6moths my warrenty had expired and problems after problems began with my car. Come to find out that the car had been totaled with frame damage. i have tryed speaking with them about the situation and they will not return an of my phone calls and when i go up there nobody is willing to speak with me about it. My next step is hiring a Lawyer to handle it .

My most recent experience was with him. He is a very nice guy and is laid back to deal with. He kept me up to date on my order and made sure all the details were taken care of.
