This was my first experience with Lexus and couldn’t be more pleased! Earl and Mike were exceptional sales reps and they made the car buying experience a pleasure. Lexus of Akron has top notch staff!
I have purchased over 25 new and used vehicles over the years. This was my first online purchase and was the best experience of them all. Yoko kept me informed during the entire process including handling the shipment arrangements since I purchased out of state. I am very pleased with my vehicle.
