Connie was knowledgeable and made me feel listened too and not once did I feel pressured to do something, instead much like a healthly "patient- physician" type dynamic i was given information and guidance on options and listened to on my thoughts and requests. Additionally Connie has impecable interpersonal skills. Connie deserves a big raise. She is amazing.
