I cannot express how welcoming the staff at Salerno Duane Ford are. I have taken my Maverick in for all service needs. The work is done well, but the people are just amazing. You are welcomed with a smile, they review and set expectations for the work to be done and provide an estimated timeline for completion. I have never waited more than a few hours. When they call when the car is ready your keys and the summary are ready to go. There is nothing complicated about the process and I could not be more grateful. They have reset my expectations for servicing my car.

The Staff are always pleasant and very helpful and accommodating. The AI call screening could use some work, way too complicated to get a human in the phone.
