We went to lease a new vehicle and had done a ton of research. We were able to easily find the make and model we wanted on their website and got an appointment quickly with Faye. She was great during the experience. We never felt pressured to buy nor did we feel pressure to looking at something we didn’t want. She walked us through everything and we fully understood what we were getting into, and all the bells and whistles with the car. It was a super easy process, lengthened just by the fact we went on a Saturday. Everyone was really friendly at Berlin and we definitely plan on going back to renew our lease.
