I had a very mixed experience at Blaise Alexander Kia. I initially set up a test drive online for a used 2025 CX-5, and I was impressed by how efficient the customer service was in responding to my follow-up questions prior to my visit. Unfortunately, the in-person experience didn’t match the start. My sales associate, Mike Shaffer, seemed disinterested in my needs; he didn’t ask what I was looking for in a vehicle and lacked basic knowledge about the car during the test drive. His primary focus was clearly on how "serious" I was and whether I had a trade-in. While he was upfront about taxes and fees, he repeatedly tried to add a $1,000 "fabric protection" fee, which I had to refuse twice. When it came to the price, I offered to round down the out-the-door total from $26,471 to $26,000—a modest $471 difference for a buyer ready to sign that day. Despite knowing I was already pre-approved through my credit union, they refused to budge. What bothered me most was the pressure and lack of honesty. I was told the car was heading to auction the following week to "get more money," yet the car is still sitting on their lot. The Sales Associate, Mike, also failed to show me any other inventory that might have fit my budget, showing a total lack of effort to help me find the right car. I was in the showroom for a total of 20 minutes. I ended up finding a 2025 CX-30 at another dealership for $2,500 less. I’m glad I walked away. If you're looking for a salesperson who actually cares about finding you the right vehicle rather than just pushing a quick sale with "auction" threats, you might want to look elsewhere.
Terrible manager. I have never had a manager tell me to shop elsewhere. No response from Blaise Alexanders assistant so I guess he doesn't care either. I will shop elsewhere.
I guess this dealership and number 10. Awesome service great manager. Wade Biddle is awesome. Todd Klein and sales is so very personable and an asset to the company. The service department was awesome the day I was there to get my tires rotated and the oil changed excellent service
I have to say I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but I did shop. The sales team here was excellent. This is a very laid back and informal dealership which I appreciated. They helped me shop and answered all my questions with out getting frustrated or annoyed by my kids. The only reason I did not buy was that they didn't have what I was looking for. If they did, I would have had no qualms about making a purchase here.
So I call this dealership asking them if they could work on my Ford giving them all the details that I knew about it. They where electrical. Then I got a call from the dealership telling me they are charging me $50 for hooking it up to a machine that they could not do the work I needed to take it to a Ford dealer.no I specifically asked if that was going to be the case before I ever took it there and they assured me that no they could do the work. So I just spoke with the general manager with the last name of battl no I specifically asked if that was going to be the case before I ever took it there and they assured me that no they could do the work. So I just spoke with the general manager with the last name of Bital. This general marriage or was horrible to deal with he agreed that they should've never told me they could work on the car yet he insisted that I can but I still pay $50 charge for them just pulling in the garage and looking up codes and take it some where else! They would not wave the fee even though they lied and said they could work on it. They would not transfer the fee to a sister company. They simply told me to pay or they would call the cops! I beg every one to avoid this dealership for services, new car or any thing else! xxxx they even told a lady while I was waiting to talk to the GM that a set of brakes on all four would be $625. What a rip off considering brake are $50 a set! So once again stay away from these rip offs! They do not work with you not care about you! Just pay me is there mantality!
These guys are the rudest, most awful people to deal with. I was interested in a vehicle on their lot; was verbally told a price. Reseached other Alexander vehicles & happen to come accross the vehicle i was looking at and it was $1,000 cheaper. Confronted them & was given so bs story, then, magically the price was changed back to the verbal price. What a bunch of crock.
