Very friendly staff upon entering. Delighted with being greeted by Stephen Kolenda. We were very impressed by Steve’s honest approach and fun attitude.
I just purchased my second BMW from Steve Quinn at New Motors. I am beyond pleased with every aspect of this transaction! Steve makes me feel perfectly comfortable and confident. He goes well beyond anyone that I have ever dealt with before! He pays attention, and reacts to the little details that I would never think were even a thing. I cannot even imagine that I would, or could, trust anyone as much as I trust Steve! I also know that when it comes to service, I totally trust Mark Tinsman. Since I have been dealing at New Motors, Steve and Mark are my go to guys. I would also be remiss if I didn’t aknowledge that Steve, Mark, and Robbie Quinn always treat my wife and myself as if we were part of their family! New Motors definitely has a winning team with these people!
Jeff Waid and the New Motors team were very friendly and helpful. We had some complications pairing my phone with the car's computer, but Jeff went out of his way to get the help we needed to make it work.
Steve Lobaugh is the antithesis of car salesmen. He is kind, helpful, patient, considerate, knowledgeable, sensitive to the customer’s needs and pleasant to work with. I came in with a definite idea of what I wanted to see that day. Steve showed me what was available within those parameters. I went home and did my research. Checked out other dealerships, but didn’t got the same service or attention. Came back to New Motors with different parameters, moving from a Crosstrek to a Forester. He found exactly what I wanted. And since taking my Forester Ltd home he has continued to help this 70+ year old Lady with questions.
Nick was great. I had left a message and he got back to me quickly. Said he had what I was looking for and if it sold before I was able to get to the dealership he would find me another one.
