What Others Say

This experience went very smoothly compared to an earlier experience. I purchased a used truck from Mazda of Ft. Walton Beach yesterday and I was quite pleased with the process and customer service.

They sold me a 2026 Mazda 3 Hatchback in early December 2025… the engine failure indicator has been on for nearly 2 months telling me to get the car inspected… I have had it inspected twice and they tell me that there is nothing wrong with the car and it’s fine to drive…. But they cannot remove the engine failure indicator and that it is going to be a recall… They just don’t know when… they made a suggestion that they would buy back my car and put me in a model Mazda three hatchback turbo, which does not have this issue and I’ve been waiting for Hassan, the finance manager, to do so. First, he told me he would do it nearly a month ago. (And today is 3/31/26) and then after I called them out and then he promised to do it by the end of the week and that was two Fridays ago… I understand if it’s an issue on the new Mazda three’s that they legitimately cannot fix until after the recall which the local dealership has no control over… What really sucks is the empty promises to buy back my car and get me in a different model that doesn’t have this issue!!! meanwhile I’m putting miles on my car and I’m not happy about the lack of business professionalism with Hassan at Mazda Fort Walton Beach!

Liars or incompetent mostly both over filled Miata service told me they don’t make mistakes half quart services to much mistake i fixed myself next day all it toke was time and money I sarcastic told service manager maybe dipstick was wrong he agreed worst most expensive oil change ever very poor customer service I expect better from dealer

The experience of dealing with Mazda of FWB was great. Selecting a vehicle, taking a test drive and getting a good deal for my trade in. Patrick in sales was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The finance experience was somewhat different. Going next door to the Toyota dealership waiting to be called, signing numerous forms and making out a deposit check are expected. Trying to get across the fact I was not interested in any extended warranty was uncomfortable and time consuming.

Excellent experience. Start to finish. Marina was amazing and very patient. Manager, Jeff was awesome. Patrick as well. Marina and Patrick help us set up all the electronic high tech stuff up as well. World class from start to finish. Went out of their way to make it a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Great deal price wise. No high pressure sales pitch. Will be back!

We bought a vehicle from Mazda Fort Walton Beach and Kimberly Henley was our salesperson. She was OUTSTANDING! Great Customer service, communication and worked diligently on getting my son into his first financed vehicle. Thank you, KIM, for your amazing customer service and hard work and dedication. Thank you Jeff, the Mazda manager as well for your kindness and dedication as well. We will definitely be back and do business again and again. GREAT JOB MAZDA FWB!
