I was looking for a new/used car for my daughter who had an unfortunate accident and needed a new one. We didn't have any intention of buying one but after looking around the lot she fell in love with a car. Nana was our sales guy and I have nothing but praise for him. Even though he was there for only a short time he was able to answer all our questions and if wasn't able to he found out the answer for us We never felt pressured to buy the car as well. Excellent job all around to everyone at the Hyundai dealership but of course a big shout of to Nana!! Thank you for everything! My daughter loves her new car!

Everyone at the dealership were extremely helpful in getting this Ionic 9 to me. Jace was new but he did a great job in keeping an eye on the delivery of my car. Everything went smoothly with my purchase.

The showroom was neat & orderly when we arrived to look at the vehicle we were interested in. We met with Benjamin Martinez. He was very friendly and lowkey: he focused on what we wanted and did not try to upsell or direct us to somthing else. We appreciated his congenial no-pressure approach. We went for a test drive and were pleased with the car (Hyundai Venue SEL). My wife noticed a small crack in the windscreen. Mr. Martinez assured us it would be repaired at no cost (I just made an appointment for a fix at the dealership). We met with other people to arrange adding the car to our insurance (Frank, who was very quick & efficient) and to complete the deal through finance (Kevin, also very thorough & accommodating). The entire process took approx. 3 hours, which is fairly standard from what I understand. I was able to drive away in the car I wanted that fit well within my budget. There were no surprises except for how smoothly everything went! Thank you Ben, Frank, and Kevin. Would recommend to anyone.
