Stay away. Won’t help/work with Audi for repair. Try to upsell you on services that you don’t really need (verified by Audi Birmingham). Long wait time, took 4 weeks to get appointment for recall. Took additional 3 days to complete recall/inspection.

Service department is embarrassingly bad at communicating, dishonest, and poorly staffed. This dealership singlehandedly made me dislike the Porsche brand as a whole.

Inquired about an incoming vehicle and spoke with Lin Williams. He responded promptly and quoted a proposal that was acceptable.. We were able to come to terms very quickly. Lin has kept me informed throughout the process, including personal photos and details about my order. I would highly recommend Lin Williams and Jack Ingram Porsche And most important would recommend a friend and or do Business here again.

What a poor sales team has been put together...they want to have online sales presence but seems they have no idea what needs to be done. Worst experience
