Bryan Tross, the finance manager played a huge role in making the entire process smooth, fast, and transparent. He was incredibly friendly and even introduced me to the service department manager. Bryan assured me that if I ever had any issues or needed assistance during any visit to the dealership, whether for service or anything else, I could always reach out to him, Joe, or Tim. In addition to buying my new car, I also sold my Hyundai to Jack Ingram Nissan and worked with Cody Paris, who was incredibly friendly and efficient. Purchased two vehicles from this VW dealer over the last two years even though other dealers are much closer by. The staff at this dealership works to provide a great vehicle at the best price around. No hard sell and no junk fees. Our sales person, Fred Jackson did a great job coordinating the sale all on line so that on the day of delivery we were done and on the road in minutes. Highly recommended.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the dealership I purchased my 2024 Atlas Cross Sport SEL R line. It was purchased from Jack Ingram Volkswagen in Montgomery AL. When we were looking at the vehicle, we noticed there was not a cargo cover. When the salesman was asked about it, we were told it did not come with one, we could purchase one separately if interested. After purchasing the car, on the way home we noticed it was included because it was actually listed on the window sticker. We called when we got home, spoke to the salesman and he was going to ship it to us. That was September 9th and I still do not have a cargo cover. We’ve talked to the salesman three times. And called and talked to the manager last week and he “promised” it would be shipped out this week. We were told it was on back order but the original one had mostly been taken out to go with some other vehicle. He told us they would do the same to get it to us. The dealer also transferred our tag for us, but it came off, luckily in our driveway, because they did not use the correct screws for it. We told them if they would just give us the correct size, we’d get the screws ourselves since they did not seem capable of doing that themselves, but we’ve heard nothing about that either. We are so disappointed with our experience with this dealer. We’ve had six previous Volkswagens before this, all purchased from dealers in Birmingham, but Jack Ingram had the exact car with all the features we wanted so we decided to try them. We will not make that mistake in the future!
