My Suzuki XL-7 had a recall for a pulley. I was referred to the shop by the National Suzuki recall center. I called the shop and was greeted warmly and efficiently. I made an appointment for a few days later. I drove down to Ventura (from San Luis Obispo). The whole procedure/repair took less than two hours, and was totally free. Free coffee, waiting room with a TV, nice!
