What Others Say

Looked for a small SUV for my 20 year old daughter. We traded in a 2000 Honda Civic. Got a good deal on the 2006 Escape and a fair price for the Honda. We almost walked out once because we didn't get the numbers where we wanted but were able to negotiate a great deal. The vehicle is running well one year later and have had no problems. Mike followed up with us a month later to make sure everything was going well with the car. I would definitely go back there to shop for a vehicle again.

Tony Pergola made the whole family feel welcome. He listened to everyone's concerns and questions. We never felt preasured. He let the car sell itself. It was one of my best experiences buying a car. I look forward to doing more business with him. He's a franchise player. Keep him, promote him to a teacher, trainer and coach in your organization. He understands the art and science of the deal. //s// James West P.S. The behind the scenes work was evident in the well running engine, clean interior etc. The transaction went smoothly because of your outstanding financial advisor-bookkeeper, Leana G.

Went to test drive a used vehicle, on the test drive the employee did not know the details of the vehicle and also gave wrong directions resulting in having to make several u-turns. On the test drive I noticed that the vehicle had many cosmetic flaws and there was a smell of burning rubber coming from the engine bay, I definitely would never have agreed to their asking price for this vehicle. As soon as we returned to the dealership the salesman rushed to begin a credit history and photocopy my information, when told we weren't ready to buy the vehicle that evening he shut down and seemed to push us out the door. I guess he was more concerned with getting off work then with dealing with a potential customer.
