Initial visit failed to install recall fuel pump properly. Forced to make another visit to correct. Personnel excellent
Emmaly is a very efficient representative, she is very knowledgeable, good in communication, and understanding and accommodating of the customer perspective.
It was fast and easy to get an appointment and check in. There was a comfortable area to sit while I waited with refreshments. The length of the appointment was as stated.
The appointment scheduling and service appointment was excellent. Customer service was very good and professional!
Kasey worked diligently to get the right ratio/payment for my battery that had a warranty, along with Emally's assistance. John got me in quickly on Saturday when the heater was making a noise after I just had it serviced.
I was given incorrect paperwork when I left the service department. I didn't discover this until I got home. Called back and talked to a rep in the office, maybe Curtis, but I am not sure. He stated it would be mailed to me. I still haven't seen it.
