I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes.
The multipoint inspection measured the tread on all my tires the same even though they weren't; I had a flat replaced with a new tire 3 days before that. After rotating the tires, they forgot to put the valve cap back on one tire; they replaced it with a generic cap (which is too short and doesn't fit right). When asked to replace it with the original cap, they could not find it. I offered to buy the correct kind, but they told me they were 'factory valve caps' and they don't sell them...very disappointing
John was very personable; service was efficient and priced well. I am a long time customer of this Honda dealership and continue to be pleased with the service.
