Rodrigo Palacio was very helpful in helping me figure out why my phone was not working with the car. He even went to his own car to get his cable to confirm that it was old cable that was preventing me from getting calls through the car audio system!

The Person I usually work with had to leave for an emergency that day. I think Joe was overworked and was given too much to do. Initially, he seemed annoyed with the concerns I voiced. I let him know I was aware. He became nicer. At the end of my service, I receive a summary of my service and was texted that he would be with me shortly. An hour later, I went to the desk and my car was sitting there with the paper work done. Truthfully, I think Joe was trying to handle too much. I had a pleasant conversation at the end. It took. 2.5 hours for my car to get the 5 point check up and have the oil changed. To me this was lack of workers on the customer service desk, so it probably wasn't Joe's fault. Either stop overbooking or hire more help. The person I usually work with, Dave P. , is a Gem! That being said, I will continue with Subaru for the time being. I am a loyal customer and Service my car every 6 months.
