Good service. Finance department was very helpful. Also delivered the car next day at my work which was appreciated

I was in for an emissions recall. It was a waiting appointment, and the work was done within 45 minutes.
Mike was very friendly and attentive. He answered all my questions. I appreciate his customer care. My only issue is with the service. I had a tire rotation and my tire pressure on all 4 tires were lower than they should have been. The person who serviced my vehicle never put in air. My low tire pressure alert came on after I left and I needed to fill it myself. That should have been handled when my vehicle was being serviced.
I brought my car in for service on October 13. David (the Service Advisor) and Adrian (the Service Technician) did a wonderful job. More importantly, they didn't try to sell any unnecessary services, and they had my car ready for me in less than 90 minutes...very impressive! I've been a loyal customer of Subaru of Wakefield for over 14 years, and it's people like David and Adrian that keep me coming back. Great job!
Completed 30K service in just two hours, much less than the estimated five hours. Drop off and pick up handled very efficiently. Excellent.
