The service was great. The sales person was really nice. I enjoyed the experience. I would go back there again and buy another car. I do think that this survey needing to write something as a pain.

My car battery died on the day before my scheduled appointment. I had to bring the car into Albrecht the afternoon before the appointment and would normally have had to use UBER for a round trip from and to the dealer. Michael Rammah, the Service representative arranged to have a new battery installed that afternoon saving me a lot of time and trouble. I appreciate his consideration and exceptional service.
