Seems very impersonal. Melissa did her job but didn't look up from her screen. Not sure I could recognize her in a lineup. Also, they did a very poor job of washing my car.
Great service with attention to detail.. Kept a prize of when the car would be ready. And it was ready in a timely fashion
Great experience buying here. They were responsive but not overly pushy. When they didn’t understand the technology (on the iX) they weren’t afraid to say so and bring in the BMW Genius to help out.
Very responsive. Handled routine work well and provided loaner when unexpected issue turned up. Finished when promised.
prompt and friendly service, competent work and appropriate follow up after the maintenance and inspection were completed
Great service. Credit card upcharge should be stated with email on service confirmation so that patron has advanced notice
