Great customer service experience. Check In and check out we’re both very convenient. However, they were not able to find the cause of the engine code that caused the car to fail to shift Into gear. so it’s a bit worrisome that I will be stranded again. I was still charged an hourly rate for diagnosis even as the root cause was not determined.
Very professional staff. Automated appointment scheduling is easy to use. Great follow up after the appointment. Overall good experience.
