I was scouring the Internet before I stumbled upon the perfect used BMW IX. It met every single one of my once and my needs while I was looking up the information. Lauren was in the chat and was kind enough to say that she thought that that vehicle might’ve been taken already and I said that’s fine. We can chat tomorrow the next morning she followed up with me immediately and informed me that it was still available. I filled out the information to trade in one of my vehicles and told her what my monthly payment was that I was comfortable with. She was working crunching numbers, problem-solving, trying to figure out ways to get me to where I can get that vehicle with some creativity and thinking outside of the box she got me in my dream car and with a payment that I can personally afford.
