Service department is top tier....staff friendly and knowledgeable, car was done on time and under budget. Service advisor Ana was awesome (Marco is too!) and we will be back again. Highly recommend this dealership.

We bought a Hyundai Ioniq 9. It took us a while to figure out whether to buy it or lease it - there are a bunch of Hyundai incentives, plus we had a trade-in. We're not quick doing this kind of thing - we like to think things over. Levi was great to work with. I went into the dealership and met Levi and had them look at our trade-in. From there, I liked that Levi and Seattle Hyundai did everything thru email, and sent multiple complete pricing offers for lease and purchase options, including a trade-in. It made it easy. All good.

Good dealership to deal with, Sales person Matt was solid, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and made the process painless. Thi was a good sales manager, made us feel as if he cared and seemed like he was trying to find a good deal for us and them. Even though Jhaziah was not our salesman, he still talked to us while we were waiting for things to happen, asked what our choice of music was, and was good to see a rep who was not involved in the process still care about everyone who was in there. Matt was not our finance person, but as we sat in his office he came in to assist with issues, answer questions, was nice to work with, and also a fellow Bronco fan which makes him the best!

I worked with Shafi and am happy with the results. The dealership as a whole was very helpful in sorting out a few minor hiccoughs (e.g. a missing charging adapter and a duplicate one).
