I was impressed and well supported during the purchasing period, which was a total of about three days, all managed off site by text, email and phone. Taking delivery was not as good an experience. I was given the key and sent home. I had test driven a similar car elsewhere, so knew I wanted the car, but some time with it on site would have helped me learn some of the aspects of it that I am only finding out weeks later. I was to receive an adapter for the charger in the mail, coming from the dealer. Two weeks later that has not arrived. The Finance office experience was superb. Kacy did a great job of explaining all aspects of the financing and optional coverages.

Arrived at opening to test drive a new car and ended up purchasing a new Ionic 5 with all the bells and whistles. Easy and relaxed experience and Matt Leavitt even went the extra mile to show us how to use some of the features before we drove it off the lot.
