I brought my Kia in for a second opinion on some issues I was having. Turns out, I needed a whole new engine! Kari was great! She was able to quickly review all of my service records and got Kia to cover the new engine cost, even though I was the 2nd owner out of the warranty period. They will be my shop going forward for all my Kia needs.
