Great experience buying my Bmw from Toyota of Downtown LA. My salesman Brian was friendly, honest, and never pressured me. He took the time to answer all my questions and respected that I wanted to look at other vehicles before making a final decision. And I did come back! The dealership was clean and welcoming, with complimentary food, drinks, and even a massage lounge for customers. I love my new vehicle and am happy with my purchase and every part of the experience. I highly recommend Toyota of Downtown LA!
