Wonderful! They talk with you, not *at* you, and explain things in a way that everyone can understand. The Service department is definitely high-quality in my opinion. Additionally, the Service airing area is lovely, cozy but spacious and airy, has hot and cold beverages, snacks, and even a fireplace! Love it!
