This dealership discriminates as well SCAMS for credit apps. I had an encounter on purchasing a vehicle in May 2026 and walked away due to the unfair practices and racist feeling from the sales manager Mr. Miller. I tried to reconnect doing business with Werner Kia August 2026, I explain my situation with the salesperson Cason Hagler about being a 1 car family, schedules, etc to come to the dealership and everything could be done via email, text, phone. He insisted he could assist if I put in a credit app, and approvals from another dealership. The same sales manager however, has my credit ran it and only sends me proposals refusing to send me over approvals. I explain with my family and I schedules that coming in would require moving parts and would like to know about approvals and what financially makes sense for my family and I to come in for a scheduled test drive and potential closing. The dealership decided to "tap out" the words from the salesman via text. I highly felt discriminated based off my credit report, my situation and potentially the color of my skin. Werner Kia needs to address on how to accommodate customers and treat fairly!

My 2016 Kua Sorento SXL AWD V.6L in excellent condition was serviced on 6.14.23 at your dealership. It was not recorded. I was rear ended & see my VIN report. I spent over 1500 in service on oil change, air filter, brake servicing & you did not record it?!!! Incompetence.
