Brandi at the Honda dealership was fantastic to work with. She was professional, polite, and most importantly completely honest about what my car actually needed. I really appreciated the straightforward approach instead of being pushed into unnecessary services. David Dick was my service writer and he was great. I appreciated him updating me during the service call.
This was the first time bring my CRV to Findlay Honda for a recall issue. I dealt with Ryan and he was very attentive, professional and polite. I will continue to deal with Ryan for any other maintanance issues in the future.
