What Others Say

We made an appointment with this dealership's Internet Sales Manager, Rich Herstek, to view a specific vehicle in their inventory my wife was interested in seeing, and very possibly buying. When we got to the dealership, this guy couldn't remember even setting the appointment (which had been made 3 days prior). After wandering around the car lot looking for the vehicle, he finally speaks with someone who tells him the car is in Murfreesboro. Rather than think to call us or email us about this ahead of time, he lets us drive for an hour to his location and two hours home (during Nashville's rush hour). We'll never do business with this dealership again, and if you're smart, you'll avoid these clowns as well. They value their time much more than they do yours!

Sales was grate but, Service Department is crooked. Wanted to charge me $1400 for new tires that only cost $600 on the internet. Also, the reason I needed new tires, after only 8 months of gentle driving habits was because they did not align this "Pre-Certified" vehicle before my purchase. That's BS as I was told these car go out of alignment very easily. If they go out of alignment very easily, then WHY was the alignment NOT done during the Pre-Certification process?
