What Others Say

Horribly disappointed in our experience with Sales at Mini of Nashville. I loved my Mini which was leased in WI but I turned it in at this location after moving. The salesperson offered to purchase the car back from us (so they could keep it at the dealership and sell it themselves) we asked how much they would offer. After giving the offer amount, I asked if we would still be charged the $350 disposition fee and they told me "no". He said "no, you will not be sent that bill anymore since we are buying it". Two weeks later we received a bill for $368. We have tried to contact the finance department and sales over a dozen times the last two weeks and no one will call us back. We have also been disconnected multiple times. I would never trust this dealership and would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE YOU TO DO BUSINESS HERE. Very dishonest and avoid dealing with customer concerns.

We bought a pre-owned mini from Mini of Nashville. After bringing it home we had some oil issues. We have paid for some things here and there but now at a year of owning the low mileage car it has more issues, Took it to be looked at, paid a chunk of money that was supposed to fix it, it didn't. They kept it a while and now say the engine has to be replaced. We can either take their offer for a tiny fraction of what we paid or we can trade it for another car that THEY have and pay the difference. Really ?????? My husband has talked to a manager and that is the only offer they are providing, we feel stuck! We will be out so much money for a car we had for a year and now we have nothing to show for the money that has been spent. We work too hard for our money to get this from what we thought was a reputable dealership, sad!

I bought a used car through MINI of Nashville. The air conditioning did not work- and they were relentless in trying to figure out the problem, and getting it repaired, all at no cost to me. They even gave me a loaner car while it was being repaired! Omar in Sales and Debbie in Service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with my purchase!!

I brought in my 2010 Mini Cooper and the service manager drove my car for 20 yards and tried to tell me I needed a new clutch. They then partially fixed my surging problem....which I had to fix myself later. They also padded the bill with everything else they could find. Not a professional operation. Just in it for the money.

Had bought a used vehicle in December 2019. Once I got it home and did some deep cleaning, I noticed that the vehicle had been damaged in front left area. I had to replace a broken left signal light 80 dollars and the wheel shield had damage also that required replacement 100 dollars. I called the dealer to try and get some help on cost. The salesman said that is above my pay grade and nothing will be done. They said they had no idea the car had previous damage. That's because they didn't look or they just sell them that way. This will be the last vehicle we buy from them.

In the Nashville area it is the only place to take your Mini Great people with great service. Could not be better.Good service. Have a great day.
