Great experience since the first time I walked in Service great, Mike and Leslie from sales are the best
They treat customers well and demonstrate the utmost willingness to serve; they are punctual and strive to find the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
It was good. Even though I had an appointment, the truck I came to see wasn't even at the dealership when we were ready to check it out. Was in contact with someone all week before we came and was very disappointed having to wait the extra time for the truck to be picked up from another dealership. Felt a little sketchy and uncomfortable when the guy responsible for offering upgrades like truck bed liner and under coat asked me and my wife for a credit card without any warning and before we talked to the financial analyst. Also it was a little concerning that a brand new financial analyst first forgot to have us sign a bill of sale and then also forgot to give it to us. He also did not update our paperwork with our new amount of money down and updated payment amount. Mr. Ray was great and I would buy all my cars from him. He was not an issue at all and made us feel so good about everything! What will scare me away is how unorganized everything else seemed and how no one seemed to know what they were doing with my loan stuff and down payment and everything. Seemed like everyone was lost. No communication between different parts of the same dealership. I must reiterate... Mr. Ray is the only reason me and my wife did not walk away and look elsewhere. He is a great human being and he deserves a gosh darned pay raise.
