What Others Say

I used their service department for 8 years to maintain my 2013 Terrain Denali. At 100342 miles the check engine light came on. I followed their instructions for 4 months (oil changes, flushes, sensors, etc) until they said it needed a new engine. My choices were use it as a "paperweight" or buy an engine. After they replaced the engine I sold the vehicle. No help from the dealership, no help from GMC, as the "engine lasted 100,000 miles". I do not recommend this dealership!

Due to no one attempt to contact me, my review is of few words. I inquired about a 2020 GMC Sierra however no response. Terrible service. But that’s ok all things worked for my good. Found a GREAT deal elsewhere on a GMC Denali. The drive to Macon was well worth it. Sincerely

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles here. They go above and beyond for us. Their service department is one of the best around.

just now Bought a Cadillac SRX luxury used vehicle last Saturday. After one day, the navigation stopped working. Called another dealership in my area to have it serviced. I contacted Jim Hardman about the navigation system not working. They haven’t contacted me back. I believe they are seeing me as a customer who will not be a repeat buyer since I do not live in their area. Bought a Cadillac SRX luxury used vehicle last Saturday. According to Richard Kay Chevrolet in Anderson, SC, the air filter needs to be changed and that is triggering the check engine light. They also said that this is unusual for a dealership not changing dirty air filters when selling used vehicles. Additional parts that need to be replaced (ex. Front brakes) are being put on our ticket for future repairs that we will have to pay for. If we knew all of this repair needed to take place so close after our purchase, we would have never bought the car.

I CALLED JIM HARDMAN IN LATE DECEMBER 2018 TO BUY A NEW 2018 GMC TRUCK. I SPOKE WITH BOBBY THE GM. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE MARK BRADLEY TO CALL ME. HE DID , I GAVE HIM MY TRADE INFO. HE WILL CALL ME BACK. 2 DAYS LATER I CALL HIM. HE SAID GIVE ME YOUR TRADE INFO AGAIN & I WILL GET WITH BOBBY AND GET YOU A PRICE. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I do a lot of trading I put a lot of miles on my vehicles so I trade every year. I do a lot of business with Jim Hardman, great people.
