Ray was very professional and I could not have asked for a better car shopping experience! The finance lady, Cheryl(Chery) was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Both Ray and Cheryl have been doing their jobs efficiently for a long time, so I felt very comfortable and confident working with them. Will be returning someday to buy another car
We found the dealership and all the employees who assisted us, Bobby, Blake, and others, very helpful, but most of all we appreciate the excellent service we received from our sales person, Ray Gandurski. He was very pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions. He made the entire experience great.
Beautiful showroom, super friendly staff!! Made the process very easy and walked me through all the functions on my new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable using them.

Our overall experience was positive in several areas. Steve, who answered our questions over the phone, was excellent, and Max, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. However, our experience with the individual who handled the finance portion was disappointing. She did not introduce herself and came across as rude and unprofessional. Having worked in customer service and finance for over 30 years, I believe this position requires someone more personable and approachable, as it is a critical part of the customer experience.
