What Others Say

Returned a jeep renegade to honda priority few weeks ago.my finance company says need to return to them. Try to call them many times and they hang up or don't answer. They sold me a lemon problems from day five. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Refused to let me test drive the vehicle unless I bought the vehicle. Had me drive over an hour away to look at a Civic Si. I was never informed of this before driving out of town to the dealership. Took my business elsewhere and bought an Si.

Priority put a Ridgeline on their website and I was dropping our jeep off for an oil change, and went to look at the car. I talked to one of their sales people and they said the car had not been processed yet so I couldn't take it on a test drive. So I made an appointment for Wednesday to see the car. It still hadn't been processed. I was assured that It would be available Sat morning so if I got there first thing I would have first crack at it. So after stringing me along for a week they sold it to an employee on Friday. I can't really blame the employee for wanting to buy it. It looked in excellent condition. But once they advertised it on their website, the employee should not have been able to buy it before the general public.

Do not believe the lifetime power train warranty scam they offer. My salesman was super nice but when I asked what all I had to do to keep the lifetime powertrain warranty I was told to have any scheduled maintenance that pertained to the power train (Oil change, Transmission fluid change, and rear differential fluid change) serviced by Priority which even though its more expensive than other shops, I was more than willing to have this done for the warranty. After a enough miles had passed they stated that Honda recommended brake fluid change, but I had mechanic check fluid condition, and it was not needed, I also purchased tires from a shop that offers free rotation so of course I had that taken care of as well. But upon my last oil change at Priority, I was told I no longer had a power train warranty with them because of tire rotation and brake fluid, neither of which affects the power train. So just be aware of the shady business model and don't simply believe what their employees are telling you because the fine writing says different.

I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid from Priority Honda! Drove over from Lynchburg and had a good experience! From Marvin Vasquez-Sales, to Chris Bennett Sales Mgr to the General Mgr Julie Felix, I had a very pleasant experience! Everyone doesnt have the same experience, but I cant help but think Priority doesn't try! Remember, if you don't like something you can always walk out!

Tim foutz sold me a car had to take to shop would not start they had it for 5 weeks couldn't find a problem said is was draining power from somewhere picked it up they charged battery for me to get it home ok had it towed again to another shop put in battery and it's running I had to pay 700.00 in rental cars thru christmas I had to work and my husband. I called honda 4 times and went up there to get another car nothing they would not help. Said the warranty covered towing and rental car that was a lie and lithia motors is connected with honda they never told they don't work on jeeps and the renegade is a cheaply made jeep.Heard this after I bought jeep. Took my 7000.00 in savings to get this vehicle and got a crap vehicle. I give this dealer a F-.They could care less about this problem. The car is still losing power somewhere but can't seem to pin point it.
