What Others Say

A month ago I found an A6 2005 Allroad at the dealership and purchased the vehicle. That was the high point/. The dealership is not qualified to sell Audis for the reason every question regarding the car the salesperson had to google the answer. Once the cash changed hands the salesperson failed to return any calls regarding the dealership obtaining a part to allow the placement of the front license (NY). Monies were given to the dealer to register the car in NY. At the end of the registration period they informed me they could not register the car and sent back the taxes and other fees. After being told i would receive all the fees I was short changed $100.00 the amount the agent withheld for starting the registration process which they were unable to complete. So besides poor service there was the theft of $100.00.

I came to Upper Valley Honda genuinely ready to buy a vehicle, and the experience became one of the most confusing and frustrating car-buying attempts I’ve ever gone through. I want to be very clear about what happened so other customers understand the process I went through. I provided everything the dealership asked for right away — ID, insurance, proof of address, and income information. I was told they were working with a bank that understood gig-worker income (DoorDash, Uber, etc.), which gave me confidence that the process would be smooth. Unfortunately, it was not. Communication over the next several days was inconsistent and confusing. I received different explanations from different people, and every time I asked for the actual loan numbers or a clear approval breakdown, the conversation stalled. I did eventually receive what looked like a conditional bank approval, but even then, nobody could tell me the final terms, the approved vehicle, or the actual payment structure. Several vehicles I inquired about disappeared from the dealership’s website without explanation. At no point did anyone reach out to tell me whether the vehicle was sold, reserved, or removed for financing. I was prepared to drive hours and put down a large down payment, but without clear communication or real numbers, I couldn’t move forward. After days of waiting, following up, and trying to understand what was happening, I was suddenly told I “could not be delivered a vehicle” because my documents didn’t meet the application requirements. This made no sense, because I had already received a bank approval page earlier in the process. The biggest issue for me was the lack of transparency. If something was missing, unclear, or needed correction, I was never given the opportunity to fix it. Instead, the communication simply broke down after multiple days of slow updates, mixed messages, and missing information. I’m very disappointed with how the process was handled. I was fully prepared to purchase, and I did everything asked of me quickly and in good faith. The dealership’s lack of clarity and consistency ultimately made the deal impossible. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, I strongly recommend asking for complete transparency up front — especially with financing — so you don’t end up in the same situation.

This was our first vehicle purchase from Upper Valley Honda( 2025 Honda CRV). Kennedy White and Jessica Benton make this experience the easiest and best car buying experience . Both these associates went out of there way to answer our questions shuttle paper work back and forth to our home as my spouse was unable to meet at dealer due to care of her 95 year old father. This meant everything to us. Thank you !

This is my second trade and purchase at Upper Valley Honda. I worked with Jonathan Hurd. He was very knowledgeable about your products, kind, considerate and was able to answer all my questions. There isn't a thing I can say negative about him or his expertise. I also worked with Jessica Benton. She was knowledgeable and worked hard to come up with a deal that met my needs. She was kind and very conscious of my privacy (I don't have the greatest credit score). You have a SUPER team and it seems they just get better and better. I will never buy another vehicle that is not a Honda.

We couldn't be any happier with our new Honda CRV hybrid. A special shot out to Jonathan Hurd who was such a wonderful guide through finding just what we wanted, patiently answered all questions, and ALWAYS had a genuine smile.

I worked with Kali Gregoire when I bought my new CRV, and she was just wonderful! Really provided the best service and with a smile. I had a great experience. 👍
