I had an excellent experience getting my new Kia Telluride. Everyone was helpful and professional, and my salesperson went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the decision. Erika was super nice always staying available for me and super friendly and super helpful. The entire experience was smooth, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Jennifer immediately greeted me at my car and introduced herself. Explained what was going on And what I knew was wrong with it. She followed up with me the next day about it and I was not 100% with the phone call and she immediately made sure to assure she’d she what she could do. Called me back and gave me a much better outcome and I pitched my car up!
Brought my Kia Forte to the dealership to address an A/C issue that ended up being covered under warranty, also had them change my oil and air filter. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and everything got handled efficiently and quickly. I am very grateful for Jennifer who was super accommodating and nice and made the process stress free! Thanks again!
