What Others Say

Bait and Switch tactics. Usually you don't see this sales strategy with the advent of internet car shopping, but I guess some dealerships still think they can get away with it. Called about a used 4runner, priced just below average for the mileage and year. Glad I called first and asked about the "$749 Doc Fee, $395.00 Vehicle Theft Protection, $1,495 Resinstall Ceramic Technology." Which of course gets the total price above the market average. Apparently all of the fees are mandatory, no exceptions. Well, my business is optional so best of luck tricking the next person to pay for the cheap spray on ceramic coat.

They were able to squeeze my vehicle in and repair it before my cheduled appointment

Bryan Provost, Service Manager, was great. I was never told to drive into garage first.

The dealership was very clean and professional. I had work to do during the service and the waiting area was excellent. Alan was patient and professional with me.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota sienna from this dealership, and while we like the vehicle I wish our experience had ended well. Long story short after rushing us through the paperwork process and insisting that my wife not be on the loan for the new car, they incorrectly filled out the paperwork for the new york registration. This resulted in an additional charge being due weeks after we bought the car. I would have expected the dealership to eat the costs here given that it was their error. Instead they called me to let me know that they would not send me my plates until I pay this amount, giving me no choice since my plates were expiring. I understand that mistakes happen but when the dealership is charging a $750 documentation fee, you would think that they could correctly fill out the documents. Especially given that fee is well above the state average. Never before have I been contacted to pay an additional amount after completing a transaction, whether it was a car or not. If you want to be treated the way you are probably expecting to be by most dealerships shop here. If you want a better experience I would look elsewhere.

I could not desire anything better I honestly appreciate the job is well done thank you Kevin for the way you handle things with the device in my car
