I have never purchased a vehicle and decided to do so at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was not prepared for how kind and helpful the dealers were! I had called my original dealer, Andrew, and even though he was on the way to his son’s baseball game, he still took the time to answer and talk me through the process! I arrived and Rodrigo was so extremely helpful. Not only did he make the process easy and exciting, but Rod seemed to truly value his customers as individual human beings. He even took a picture of me with my car, even though it was after hours, lol! I love my car and I will always purchase a vehicle through Jim norton Toyota!
I submitted an online request form and Robert Blocker got back with me quickly. I knew what I wanted and was able to meet with him for a down payment. He was patient, kind, and attentive while working on securing my dream RAV4. Very approachable and easy going. I was in a bit of a car bind during the wait and he secured a rental car from Toyota at a reasonable price for me, with no work on my end. He did not rush me through any part of the process and spent his time helping me learn the car at point of sale on a Friday evening. Besides the car, that I LOVE!, he was the best part of the process!
