The dealership was fine. My only real complaint is that the car was dirty and not vacuumed when I drove it off the lot. The sticky from the labels and tape is all over the windows.
Tom Knight was a delight to collaborate in the purchase decision over the phone and meeting him in person was an added bonus. The TEAM at Jim Norton that we collaborated with, Tom and Trey Potts as well as Ryan, the GM and others that we interacted, projected genuine enthusiasm, ensured and focused on our experience while we were there. One area of opportunity is working towards a streamlined, expedited process in the processing of the purchase documents. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
