What Others Say

Terrific service department. Explains everything. Completed in time estimated Dry friendly staff. Even the salesman stopped by to say hello

Very accommodating and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and fulled all my concerns and needs.

Everyone was wonderful to work with, from sales to financing, it was a smooth process.

Great service. Been going here for 15 years. Took care of all the issues I had.

I can only describe this dealership as profoundly dishonest. We negotiated the purchase of a certified 2025 Volvo XC90 with less than 6,000 miles. The description on the dealer web site clearly stated the vehicle had a clean Carfax with no reported accidents. Last minute we found out the Carfax in reality showed an accident. When confronted, the GSM produced pictures of the accident, which he described as a minimal side swipe that happened onsite. The vehicle was reportedly fixed and certified under Volvo’s Certified Vehicle Program and apologies were issued regarding the erroneous web site description. We accepted the explanation and took the car for a test drive. Long story short, the vehicle had a broken steering shaft, which we surmise happened during the “minor” accident. I am hard pressed to believe the vehicle was properly inspected per Volvo’s requirements - or perhaps Volvo’s Certified Vehicle Program is an absolute sham. Either way, very disappointing experience. Due to this experience, we moved on from pursuing a new Volvo (although we previously owned another XC90) altogether and will be purchasing a car from a different manufacturer.

Steve was very helpful. Took my car without an appointment. Addressed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively.
