I went to get my car serviced and Nicole was the one who helped me. From the beginning she was very professional and kind, and she clearly explained what work was going to be done on the vehicle and how long it would take. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and answered all my questions patiently. My car was returned in excellent condition, and I felt very confident in the service I received. I would definitely go back and ask to be helped by Nicole again.
