I didn't have an appointment but had a flat tire sensor go bad and the agent took me in right away on a 'wait'. He also took time to check for a recall my Rav4 was due for and took care of that at the same time. I love this shop, I just use a local mechanic for small stuff to save on the labor rate. Otherwise, I'd never go anywhere else.
