Always friendly, service usually fast, and my service writer is great Comfy waiting area with coffee.
I have been a customer for 15 years. I owned my first Conicelli vehicle fro 2011 to 2025 and replaced it last year. I always have had a good experience either purchasing a vehicle there or getting it serviced.
I was completely satisfied with the entire experience, scheduling, work, and communication with the Conicelli service staff.
I like this dealer for their professionalism, expertise and timely manners. Also the place always clean and welcoming.
My service was great as it usually is. However, my last visit whomever was in my car has a cat. When I got my car back it reeked of car xxxx! As if their cat stay on everything. Odor is highly offensive and that should be against company policy as it relates to getting into a customer vehicle
